In my current role as a Registered Nurse at Foothills Medical Centre Orthopaedics (Unit 54, 41A), I am accountable for collaborating within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team on a busy surgical (pre/post operative) inpatient unit dealing with musculoskeletal injuries and issues. Prior to joining AHS, I gained invaluable experience as a Community Health Nurse/Registered Nurse at Indigenous Services Canada. In that role, I promoted, protected, and preserved the health of First Nations populations by delivering health care services to the community as a key member of a dedicated team.
