Sarah Sinclair is a highly entrepreneurial, commercially astute and trusted senior change operator with over 30 years of diverse experience mainly but not limited to the financial services sector.She is applying her technology background and ability to turnaround the impossible, closing Gaps in risk and regulatory compliance, across the industry but through partnerships and common frameworks.Working with diverse clients and multi-disciplinary teams, Sarah still specialises in blending common frameworks with an ‘uncommon’ sense of what makes the difference in situations where complex change is struggling to get ‘over the line’Having created Change Gap to deliver consulting, Sarah then created a further purpose-driven business Co-Labs Global, which was created as a specific collaboration model to solve global industry challenges in risk and regulation - an ecosystem approach to creating 'shared solutions to the shared challenges of regulation'. The Global Hackathon Service launched in 2025, running Hackathons in 16 countries and 4 locations across the UK, convening curated groups of like-minded people from private & public sector to unpack the challenge statements across Economic Crime, Sustainability, AI, Operational Resilience, Regulatory Reporting, Digital Assets & Crypto - and identify then work on pathways and target solutions (including new services, standards, partnerships to drive adoption).A particular focus throughout, is ensuring that AI knowledge and solutions are made more accessible to as many people and organizations as possible - working with Boards, Senior Leaders, people in early, mid and late stage careers, and increasingly, young citizens, to ensure we are creating better futures. Sarah's role as Board Advisor to IWIB4AI, a Swedish-founded international think tank, is one example how the Hackathon Service is making a difference in ensuring AI is more understandable, accessible, and works for the good of people and humanity. Sarah is also a member of the Supervisory Board for Taranis Capital, a fund for ethical FinTech, BioTech, Data Centres, HealthTech and other high-demand investor funds.Sarah is a frequent speaker and leader in the areas of regulation, FinTech, RegTech and other technology used to solve problems for financial services, and beyond. Co-Labs Global originates and scales value, it reinvests profit into research and projects that solve ‘wicked problems’ while also creating sustainable social impact, including opportunities for people under the age of 30 to progress their career aspirations and confidence.
