About Sarah Small Tricker

Your business cannot afford the wrong solution. Whether it is an operational bottleneck affecting productivity or a safety gap putting people and assets at risk, every misstep costs time, money and trust. That is where I come in.I am an experienced and people focused sales professional with over 24 years of proven success across sales, customer service and operational solutions. I deliver tailored strategies that enhance safety, efficiency and performance, always shaped around the individual needs of the client. My career has spanned leadership roles in the emergency services, property and industrial sectors, giving me a strong foundation in communication, negotiation and problem solving. I thrive under pressure, and I am driven by a genuine passion for helping people and organisations reach their potential.Following my diagnosis with PTSD, something I now wear as a badge of honour, I developed a deep understanding of resilience, wellbeing and human performance. This not only inspired my ongoing studies in Psychology and Counselling, where I am working towards a PhD, but also led me to establish my own business focused on sound healing and wellness. Through this, I have combined science and mindfulness to help others find balance, clarity and confidence.Family is my foundation and maintaining balance is central to how I live and work. Outside of my professional life, you will find me with my husband, daughter, son and our gentleman Jack Russell, often exploring the Jurassic or Cornish coast.
