About Sarah Snider

From Cleaning Technician, Team Lead, Area Manager, to Executive Assistant. I have worn many hats since my start here at Terran's Spic and Span Cleaning Service. As an Executive Assistant I still wear many hats! When I'm not at work being an Executive Assistant I'm using my own time to look for ways to improve and be better in my position. I have grown tremendously in my 6 years with our company and continue to grow everyday. I did not grow overnight and I certainly did not grow by shying away from work. I take on as many tasks as humanly (or even inhumanly for most) possible. I can shift gears from scheduling our crews and purchasing supplies to selling our services in the matter of seconds, in other words, I'm great at multi-tasking! To be successful in the janitorial industry or even any business, you're required to be extremely flexible with your schedule, have pure dedication, and a willingness to learn which lucky for me I have all of. Though I have learned a lot through trial and error I owe most of my business and janitorial knowledge to our CEO/President, Terran Copeland. Without his faith in my abilities to succeed at every task and obstacle I was given I would not have made it very far. I work hard everyday to improve my skills in my position, but I also work hard everyday to achieve the next level of success!
