With extensive experience in leading HR operations, I have honed my expertise in areas such as employee experience, HR enablement, and change management. My ability to design and execute clear, effective internal communication strategies has streamlined operations and aligned them with organizational objectives, all the while supporting employee success and engagement. I cultivate high-performance cultures through effective performance management conversations and coaching, OKR frameworks, and implementations of systems that enhance workforce communication, productivity, and engagement. Throughout my career, I have led numerous successful initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and improved employee onboarding and development processes. At Berks Homes I led a full performance management strategy, from manager training to the implementation of an annual review process book-ended by goal setting, and everything in between. At YPrime, I was pivotal in achieving a 78% employee engagement score by developing strategies that optimized organizational structures and supported rapid company growth. My contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Callan Award for Excellence at BravoSolution, underscoring my dedication and impact.
