I believe games are only as good as the teams that build them. And that's why my priority is building and supporting diverse teams that bring unique perspectives, foster creativity, and drive innovation. With nine years of experience in project management and game production, I've led cross-functional teams at EA, PUBG Corporation, and Studio Drydock, delivering successful projects and driving organizational growth. My expertise spans production methodologies, including agile and waterfall, stakeholder engagement, and DEI initiatives. I'm dedicated to creating collaborative environments where diverse talent can excel and ensuring the development of groundbreaking and inclusive gaming experiences. At the IGDA Foundation, I’ve served in multiple capacities to support marginalized talent's entry into and longevity in the games industry. Ranging from Program Lead to Executive Director, I have experience in program development and non-profit operations. Highlights include designing and running our virtual programming, supporting $500K+ project budgets, and managing partnerships with companies like Google, Riot Games, and Meta.
