I have been working in the healthcare field for over 7 years. I have had the opportunity to experience many facets of the healthcare industry while also expanding my knowledge of daily administrative functions and business operations. I pride myself in that I am capable of completing a wide variety of business functions including; direct customer service, proper documentation and date entry, billing and collections, employee management, marketing and office management and statistical analysis of production while I was also providing direct patient care. In my last position, there was a high incidence of patient non-compliance and decreased patient satisfaction with office procedures. Through my organizational skills and abilities to implement a structure routine to perform daily office tasks, there was a significant increase in patient compliance, procedures billed, correct medical documentation and patient retention. I am confident that my leadership skills and ability to directly collaborate and communicate openly with other team members will be an asset to your organization.
