About Sarah Strzelczyk

I am a business professional and educator with experience in operations, sales, entrepreneurship, and team leadership. My career began at Duncan Solutions, where I advanced quickly to Pay Site Supervisor, and continued in Pro Account Sales at Home Depot, building strong skills in relationship management, account strategy, and problem-solving. Currently, I teach business at Aug Prep, where I guide students in entrepreneurship, global business, and leadership while serving as the high school 9th grade-level lead. I specialize in teaching teams to work effectively together, fostering collaboration, communication, and results-driven outcomes.Beyond the classroom, I own and operate a farm, agritourism experience, and Airbnb business. Managing these ventures has strengthened my expertise in operations, marketing, budgeting, and strategic growth. I am passionate about creating value, solving problems, and helping individuals and organizations thrive. I bring a unique blend of frontline experience, leadership, sales acumen, and entrepreneurial drive to every opportunity.
