As a GME Administrator at HCA Florida Healthcare, I am responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program and the Medical Students Program. I manage the accreditation, recruitment, evaluation, and compliance processes for the programs, ensuring quality standards and best practices. I also coordinate the communication, scheduling, and logistics for the faculty, residents, and students, facilitating a smooth and efficient workflow. In addition to my work in healthcare administration, I have experience as a Fundraising Coordinator for a non-profit organization, where I am responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with donors, and cultivating relationships to support the organization’s mission. I also have extensive experience in restaurant management, where I supervised daily operations, managed staff, ensured customer satisfaction, and implemented cost-control strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency. I have over two years of experience as a Newborn Hearing Screening Technician at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, where I performed hearing screenings for newborns, documented the results, and educated the parents on the importance of early intervention. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, specializing in Biological Health and Healthcare Administration, from the University of South Florida. I have developed skills in Web Ads, Meditech, and eSaf, as well as leadership, organization, and communication skills.
