About Sarah Sutton

I have a 11 year background in customer service and Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Washington. I also have interests in digital media marketing, video production, and public policy.Traditional communication and advertising models are quickly becoming obsolete. The wealth of information sharing made possible by the overwhelming connected-ness of the world demands that we all learn to both filter and interpret incoming data and to ensure that the data we send out is accurate.I believe that, despite the challenges the networked world can present, information sharing is a good thing for all parties. As the digital cloud is saturated with ever-increasing amounts of data, more true-to-life "stories" begin to precipitate from the solution. My passion to help individuals and organizations recognize and own their stories and learn how to represent that accurately to the world especially via digital media. In order to do this, we must first embrace the opportunities presented by technology and transition to a more open and cooperative relationship with employees and customers. This relationship emphasizes trust, humility, honest engagement, creativity and user-centered design.
