As the Director of Sales and Business Development at Trinrez LLC- a leading provider quality turns and renovations for the SFR and multi-family rental industry; I oversee the sales strategy and execution for the company. I work with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, present our services, mitigate pain points and negotiate contracts and deals. I also collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from the market and the customers. I have a strong background in sales and account management, having worked in multiple sales industries for over six years. Before joining Trinrez in February 2024, I was a Senior Account Manager at Fox Corporate Housing LLC, where I managed a portfolio of corporate clients and increased the revenue and satisfaction of our turnkey short and medium term rental clients. Prior to that I was an Account Manager at Jaguar Fueling Services, LLC, where I secured multiple contracts with large oil and gas companies and maintained a high customer satisfaction rate. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Advertising from Sam Houston State University, where I learned the skills of interpersonal communication, persuasion, and teamwork. I am passionate about building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering value and solutions, and growing the business.
