About Sarah Taberner

I am a highly motivated, tenacious, project manager who is committed to solving problems that matter and delivering results. I have worked within Defence for the past 5 years, developing and managing a complex critical IT system and networks. It has provided me the opportunity to not only to deliver a complex programme to Agile methodology, but also develop my technical understanding and User insight which is key to delivering against complex user requirements. I possess excellent leadership and decision-making skills and have significant experience in developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. I also possess strong analytical skills, design and problem-solving skills, influential stakeholder management skills and a balanced and pragmatic approach to program and project management.
