About Sarah Tancer

As employee # 1 at modMD - a medical start-up that led the charge as one of the first healthcare companies to perform high-volume testing for the film and TV industry, I have had the opportunity to create and develop my hybrid role as project coordinator and client services specialist. Over the past 3+ years, I have collaborated closely with a team of front-line medical professionals helping to grow the business from a one-city operation to a multi-million dollar national healthcare company.Due to the uncharted nature of building a large-scale COVID testing operation, my role as project coordinator in this unique circumstance has called on my creative, logistical, and brainstorming skills to not only implement, but also create systems and SOPS for workflows, scheduling, operations, training, and logistics for effective collaboration, project execution, and crisis management. As a client services specialist, I develop and nurture long-standing relationships, acting as a liaison between our medical operations team and our roster of high-profile clients and production companies to help coordinate complex schedules and dynamically changing project specifications.My ‘other’ life as a creative has given me the ability to crystallize big ideas, think on my feet, collaborate and riff with others, take direction, and learn new skills quickly, helping me to excel in a dynamic work environment and strategize, plan and follow through from project conception to completion. I have thrived in the entertainment and healthcare industry and would love to connect with people in the health & wellness, med spa, longevity health, laser aesthetics, and concierge medicine space.
