I am an experienced in-house insurance lawyer who considers legal risk specific to underwriting agencies. My role involves the provision of strategic legal, risk and compliance advice. I also provide critical guidance with respect to contractual risk and liability, underwriting function & regulation, binder agreements, policy wording construction and indemnity disputes.
