About Sarah Vandervalk Duta

As the Event Director at Baker Ranch Community Association, I have fifteen years experience working in Property Management. This has allowed me to create, plan and coordinate all of the special events and recreation programs for several master-planned communities. This includes raising sponsorship's and managing budget and staff. Prior to working for Crummack Huseby, I was in charge of the recreation program for the award-winning community: The Village of Woodbury. I also assisted several financial advisers by supporting their marketing efforts, which entailed planning and organizing seminars and client events. I helped establish new business and maintain existing clientele. Additionally, I have a strong background in finance and accounting. I am meticulous and extremely detail oriented, and I feel that my greatest attributes are my dedication to customer service, positive attitude and appreciation of people.
