About Sarah Walsh

A hard worker with a "can do" attitude, who is disciplined, self-motivated and uses excellent organisational skills to achieve the best possible result for my work Coláiste na bhFiann, which is carried through from my degree MSc Business and IT with Fiontar in Dublin City University (DCU). I have the opportunity to develop existing skills as well as developing new skills. I have worked in a variety of areas, from statistics, adminsitration and event management. My course provides lectures presented through the Irish language, which combines my passions, Irish, Information Technology and Business Studies. I'm currently finishing my thesis as part of my Masters Degree. The subject that I've chosen is Digital Strategy for small/medium sized companies. I have been able to apply my Business knowledge in a practical and innovative ways, that have been very valuable to me as a learner and as a working professional. This has had a strong influence on my skills, through both team-based assignments, individual research papers and presentations on a wide variety of topics. This is both enjoyable, and challenging, and with a "can-do," it's achievable.
