About Sarah Warner

My team brings over 25 years of experience in greater Seattle. We proudly represent an independent firm that has been on the top ten list of most productive companies in Puget Sound for many years. National and local franchise companies may appear to have a larger market share when, in reality, they are many small real estate companies that compete with each other. Because Lake is not a franchise, our agents are not dependent on corporate approval to make decisions. This gives us the flexibility to respond quickly to market conditions and the individual needs of each property. As an independent real estate company, we don’t rely on a national name to compete; we must rely on our reputation for superior service. My focus as a real estate professional is to simply work hard to help my clients realize their ideal outcome. Open, honest communication is the foundation of my professional practice and I work purposefully to nurture long-lasting relationships and be a dependable resource for real estate needs.
