I am an extremely organised Virtual Assistant who provides a wide range of essential business support services to clients from all backgrounds. Experienced in working in environments from national companies to small family businesses, I have the ability to provide solutions in relation to administration, bookkeeping, HR, H&S, business legislation, project support, office and business management. Having run a business with my husband for many years, I appreciate the particular challenges (and benefits!) smaller companies can experience. Previous projects have included formalising bookkeeping and payroll procedures, introducing induction and H&S policies, ISO9001, creating documents and newsletters, organising full office relocations and facilitating internal company projects. People work with me because I am an upbeat problem solver who is reliable and proactive and enjoys working in a friendly and interactive style. I provide regular communication and feedback to my clients so that I can deliver the right results to the right timescale.
