I’m a client advocate and trusted advisor with over 8+ years of customer-facing, professional services account management experience. While serving as Recruitment Manager at Professional Staffing Group, the high quality of my customer service to my clients contributed to the firm’s excellent reputation. In 2017, readers of the Mississippi Business Journal voted us the “Best Staffing Firm in Mississippi.” I use a consultative approach to discover unspoken needs, proactively identify and resolve potential delivery issues, and to find new business opportunities with existing customers. As just one example, I was a vital member of a team that hired 80 new information systems staff in 5 months for a $36 million, 5-year, electronic health records conversion project in the Information Systems (IS) department at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). When I started on this staffing project, I was new to the recruiting industry, but I learned and executed the HR fundamentals required to bring the project to a successful outcome.
