About Sarahbeth G.

As an Event Manager at Impact XM, I get to combine over ten years of experience in event design, vendor management, and client collaboration to create experiences that truly resonate. I love finding ways to make events both impactful and memorable, drawing on my background in hospitality and project management to keep everything seamless. Before Impact XM, I worked as a Sales and Events Specialist at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, where I learned the importance of teamwork in creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for guests. I also built and ran my own wedding planning business, which gave me the chance to stretch my creativity and strengthen my adaptability as both a planner and business owner. At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about bringing people together and creating moments that feel thoughtful, well-planned, and lasting.
