About Sarath Premakumar

As a Business Intelligence SPOC at Nielsen I Q, I work with the client reports.As a part of the Moon shot project, transforming all the legacy reports to the new NIQ Discover platform,develop new reports as per the client needs which includes Manufacturers and Retailers and build relationships with the client by delivering the reports on time. I also solve the client technical issues of the internal software and build the market trends reports once a year for the Nordic countries with the commercial teams and off-shore partners. I handle the client content folders for Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. In addition, I serve as a Report Liaison and Traffic Controller for the Report Center, where I track the BAU team activities, schedule the DOT meeting, and solve their issues with the missing databases for the reports. I also coordinate with the development team and the BAU team for the on-time report delivery. I have a master's degree in business administration and management from Akademia Ekonomiczno Humanistyczna w Warszawie and a bachelor's degree in automotive mechanics engineering from Anna University. My core competencies include communication, management, and project management skills. I am motivated by creating value for the clients and the company, and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
