Hello I am a Co-Founder at Ethika and lead Employee Benefits Insurance. When I was 16 the situation at home forced me to work 12 hours a day. (2006) Having started my career in the BPO industry one fine day in 2009 I got a call from Naurki about joining the Insurance Industry for a customer service position. Like everyone else I contemplated selling insurance policies but since I had no choice I took the job. In fact it was the biggest turning point in my life that got me here today. As soon as I joined that company I was given the responsibility of handling the group health insurance policy of the largest companies in India. From there I developed a passion for serving clients and it never left me and got into the business development team at an insurance broking firm. The journey didn't stop there on April 25 2014 I left my high-paying job with the aim of becoming an entrepreneur with my friend - Susheel Agarwal. And that is how Ethika Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. was founded. Established in 2016 and leading all locations with an aim to understand the untold pain of the customers.
