As a Planning and Quality Control Engineer at Bhilai Crane Carriers Industries I involved in a team that calculate material requirement from the client's approved drawings before the project will going to the floor. I am responsible for making plan to distribute the drawing to sub contractors and allocate all required raw materials to complete the job. Following up the assigned job stage details time-to-time to maintain the record and to report hierarchy. I am also responsible to carry out structural inspection at various stages like raw material inspection fit up inspection Black inspection Blasting and Painting inspection. I am also take part in NDT testing like Visual DP test Ultrasonic Testing Radiography Testing MPI. In previous company I resolved almost all technical maintenance issues for the mining and metals industry. I worked in this role from December 2015 to November 2023 after being Plant Maintenance Engineer at the same company for over six years. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University which I completed in 2013. I am skilled in supervision of repair of plant machinery earth moving equipment automotive and mobile plant by involving modern & better maintenance techniques like TPM PdM etc. I also design efficient training programs prepare production schedules collaborate with various departments and evaluate all production activities and reports. I have contributed to multiple capital improvement projects safety audits and performance appraisals and have ensured an efficient and safe working environment for all employees. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding work and I strive to achieve the best results with the required budget and time frame.
