As a Senior Operation Supervisor at Emirates Logistics, I oversee the warehouse and inventory management for one of our key clients, Emirates Steel Industries, Part of EMSTEEL Group. I have more than 13 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and materials coordination, and I am certified in Excel and SAP MM. My mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, optimize the inventory levels and accuracy, and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. I work with a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and coordinators to manage the inbound and outbound materials, monitor the quality and safety standards, and resolve any issues or challenges. I also use my Excel and SAP skills to prepare and analyze reports, track performance indicators, and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. I am passionate about learning new technologies, enhancing my skills, and contributing to the growth and success of Emirates Logistics and its clients.
