Sari Hattanda is a Principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Tokyo office where she is a member of the Financial Services Practice. She focuses on senior-level talent in asset management, private equity / private markets, and the insurance sector. Sari has deep experience conducting a range of searches across the financial services industry, with a particularly strong focus on senior management, distribution and investment roles in asset management and private equity / private markets. She also supports the digital transformation of the financial services industry through technology-intensive roles (CIO, CSO, CTO, CDO) for large financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies and payments / fintech. Sari possesses over 8 years of executive search experience and deep market knowledge and insight into the Financial Services Practice. She has been with Heidrick & Struggles for more than 10 years. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sari worked for Citigroup in Tokyo where she supported their global markets’ sales and trading in middle office.
