I am experienced business professional who takes businesses to new levels. I have +8 years of leadership team and board reporting experience,+10 years of supervisor experience, and I know how to build and recruit successful teams. I stay in budget and keep timelines. My professional path includes many roles, such as BU lead (P&L), senior business advisor, sales, marketing, head of portfolio, head of global customer services, and cybersecurity program lead. I have also been part of a BU leadership team who led two asset transfers (acquisition and divest) in an international context. 🤝 I bring along results, determination, commitment, experience, problem-solving ability and people management skills. I foster to create a good wipes & energy, and direction to doing. My way of working is goal-oriented, organized, coaching and inclusive. I build a circle of trust with my colleagues and make progress of work transparent to stakeholders. My passion is to grow and scale-up businesses. I enjoy strategy work and putting the strategy into practice at tactical and operational levels. I can work both as an independent contributor as in a supervisory position, however leadership is in my DNA. My work always meets the expectations of C-suit and Board. My leadership mission is to ignite people and teams to their best performance through trust and collaboration. ‍ Methodically, I strongly believe in design-thinking approach, testing hypotheses, rapid go-to-market experimentation and financial business case modelling to support decision-making. In my experience, this leads to faster time-to-market and market-product-fit, as well as better customer satisfaction. I have +20 years of experience in B2B enterprise software and cybersecurity solution delivery for financial, retail, government, military and construction sectors as on-premise HW and cloud solutions globally in many senior roles including leadership team membership. Then, 4.5 years ago, I joined a construction technology start-up as a senior business advisor to commercialize, create market demand and scale-up the business internationally. Our mission is to digitalize and industrialize construction production execution management to accelerate firm's productivity 4-10x, improve product quality and to deduct CO2 footprint. In my role, we researched the market potential, ran experiments, conceptualized offerings, created go-to-market models (4Ps), and defined the contractual terms (SOWs, SLAs, terms).
