About Sari Ojala

I am a flexible and reliable organizer, who makes changes happen, no matter of the topic. This is supported with my pragmatic approach and capacity of abstract thinking resulting to accomplished targets. I base my work on 3 Cs: commitment both stakeholders and mine, communication with relevant stakeholders and control as what is being monitored will be done – these are key elements in any change. I have a desire to combine my management and development skills, continue learning, collaborate and get things done. Main Tasks since 2007: – Driving data governance and management implementation to meet and exceed business and regulatory requirements, e.g. BCBS 239, work in progress. – Established ways of working for driving data management towards a smooth working machinery in 2022. – Developing and organizing data management related work and resources in banking sector, started in 2021 and going strong. – Managing company-wide, cross-organizational quality related programs: annual a year-long Nokia Quality Awards competition (2014-2019), ISO 9001:2015 standard upgrade transition (2016-2018) and TL standard certification extension (2012-2015) – Facilitating 15 Service Excellence workshops and bi-monthly Quality Learning Journey sessions (2010-2013) – Leading a unit’s career development project and contribution to its contents (2010-2013) – Defining business scorecard concept and its reporting (2007-2010) Main Achievements from the past 10+ years: – Roughly 200 applications received, validated, and evaluated annually; Quality managers and volunteered evaluators (approx. 100) trained, 12 internal and supplier finalist teams coached; A final event organized for the Nokia CEO and group leadership team members with 100 VIP guests for the winner selections; Program developed and working as a smooth-running machinery. – Global ISO 9001:2015 certificate received; Needed organizations and locations added into the TL certificate – Personnel in France trained for superior service excellence towards both internal and external customers; Awareness of quality topics increased across the company – Coherent approach and contents for the career development path in place for the unit and job profiles for Quality prepared – Principles, framework, and processes for Services Business Scorecard concept defined and monthly reporting and analysis delivered Key competences: Project / program management I People skills I Process & concept development I Quality management IT tool skills: MS Office 365 package I Cisco Jabber I WebEx meetings
