I have over 10 years of experience as an art teacher with an interest in project-based learning and STEAM. My curriculum has always considered the individual needs of my students and explores art through a multitude of traditional and non- traditional art making materials. The work I do with children has always integrated visual culture, art history, collaboration, and how to look and talk about art. As an art teacher I spend a huge portion of my planning time researching. I enjoy incorporating children's literature, images and technology and video resources in to all my lessons.
