About Sarika Sethi

Sarika Sethi is the Co-founder and CEO of Gemini Power Hydraulics India Pvt. Ltd. She has over 32 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry, representing several international companies in India. At a strategic level, Sarika was engaged in the negotiation and finalization of joint ventures, capital infusions, go-to-market strategy, and business excellence. At the operational level, she managed industry relations, corporate affairs, compliance, credit & outstanding management, talent management and business growth. 5 years ago, Sarika went on to pursue her passion for coaching and became an ICF Certified ACC Coach. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and NLP Certified Advanced Coach.(Belbin Team role accreditation) ​ Sarika’s coaching principles are based on the holistic growth of leaders. She does this by creating an awareness of possibilities ‐ from what is to what can be. In the world of disruption & unpredictability, she helps leaders find their balance by exploring their core values & strengths and thereby raise their awareness to maximizing their output & performance. All this is backed by scientific assessments which are based on Neuro Sciences. Over the years she has worked with several SME/MSME entrepreneurs and helped them discover their potential and upgrade as leaders. She has also worked with senior corporate managers and helped them get “unstuck” with unique techniques. Presently, Sarika also works as a freelancer with BetterManager, a US company, where she coaches leaders and managers across industries and countries. Sarika has done her B.A. in Psychology, Sociology & Economics. She has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM-Bangalore and Program on enhancing Leadership capacities and potential among professional women from IIM-Ahemdabad. Sarika has participated in various training programs with Philip Kotler, Marshall Goldsmith, Robin Sharma and Shiv Khera.
