Saritha is a dedicated and ambitious IT professional with a Masters’ degree in Engineering Science Network Systems and Telecommunications and a strong background in networking, systems installation, and providing technical support. With a proven track record in providing technical support across a large and complex University environment, Saritha offers expertise in areas including network programming, configuring switches and routers, implementing firewalls, remote access, and troubleshooting. With technical experience across several systems including Windows servers, MS exchange, SQL databases, Cisco, VMWare, Java, and a variety of network protocols, She has a passion for IT and extensive experience in systems testing and implementation. Saritha is an innovative and analytical person with a strong drive to achieve. She has exceptional problem solving and communication skills which she consistently uses to offer technical support to a range of customers. Since relocating to Australia she has been working in a customer service role and a volunteering IT Support Assistant role at Vision Australia whilst completing studies.
