With strong hands-on experience across infrastructure, email security, and cloud environments, I specialize in supporting secure deployments, managing incident response, and ensuring continuous monitoring of enterprise systems. I’ve acted as a key point of contact for infrastructure and security-related issues, providing Level 1 and 2 support to both customers and internal teams, while working closely with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams to drive timely resolutions and escalations. My technical expertise spans email and network security, system administration, patch and vulnerability management, DNS administration. I’ve played a central role in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining secure email platforms across both on-prem and cloud environments. I’ve also contributed to audit readiness, compliance efforts, log analysis, and disaster recovery planning and execution. Beyond my technical work, I have also participated in knowledge sharing through documentation and training with internal teams and customers. I’m driven by a commitment to proactive security, operational resilience, and enabling organizations to strengthen their security posture through collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement.
