I am working for TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS) and have >20 years of diversified experience across global customers (USA, Europe, APAC and Africa). I am heading Enterprise Architecture for complete DC transformations to Azure, Network IT/OT Segmentation using Zero Trust Architecture and Digital Service Desk using BOTs, XLAs, AI and Remote Assistance to optimize and automate SD and EUC services. I owned solution engineering and business development for TCS, CMI BTG and Presales Solutions for TCS, CMI South Africa. I take ownership of E2E Bid lifecycle including OEM partner onboarding and my focus areas are “O/BSS transformations, Telecom Portfolio transition, Digital FSM (Field Service Management),'TMF ODA Aligned Production Layer, Core Commerce and Engagement Layer', Cyber Security, Hyperscalers, NetOps, Touch Free Operation (TFO), 5G, SD-WAN, IoT, Ethernet and Mobile Private Network etc.". I have managed high-expectation and high-pressure situations which have earned me accolades and appreciation. I have managed customer projects and relationships. I was Architect for many customer engagements with rich software architecture experience, and am familiar with Architectural Framework like TOGAF and with various Design Patterns & Principles. Have competence on platform-agnostic and browser-agnostic products. Understand standards like eTOM & TAM, Six-Sigma and DevOps. I am professionally certified on TOGAF, Azure, Google CDL, IFS FSM, PRINCE2 and ITIL etc. in addition to internal certifications like G&T Consultant, DevOps and IPv6 Consultant etc.Additionally, I have executed RFXs for verticals like Insurance, Retail, Banking, Energy, manufacturing, Transport and Govt. ISUs related to communication, security, transformations and on IPv4-2-IPv6 migration, etc. Supported customer accounts to define the baseline Enterprise Architecture, I was driving IPv4-2-IPv6 migrations for many cross-domain customer Bids (Telecom, ERU, Insurance, Banking, Retail, TTH, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, and Govt. etc.).I have deep technical expertise in Presales Solution Engineering, C++, IP network, E2E Telecom Architecture, O/BSS transition and Product Engineering
