Responsibilities: Responsible for building a foundation platform for order fulfillment and service delivery using Vlocity EPC and OM. Design, Solution and Development of user stories committed to sprints. Manage full SDLC for major releases concurrently along with leading the technical design, development and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Contributions: As a Technical Lead I built POCs and HLD for review with Project Team and Enterprise Architect, groomed sprint user stories, and lead the design and solution architecture for complex user stories. Work with business engagement leads to obtain the necessary clarity of the requirements. Managing and mentoring of 3 junior developers and performed estimation work for assumed effort. Led all End to End development work of the Vlocity OM product, resulting in the building Add and MACD Order fulfilment solution for Rogers Communication Products. o Development of Technical Product Catalogue (EPC) and Decomposition Relationship. o Development of Orchestration plan, Orchestration Item, dependency and scenarios. o Development of Multi-language Omni script to support manual tasks display in both English and French using other Vlocity component like DataRaptor, Vlocity Integration Procedure (VIP) and Vlocity Template. o Development of custom apex class to support assignment of manual task based on least loaded queue logic. o Built custom apex class to call any VIP and use this class to extend OOTB auto-task functionality provided by Vlocity. o Built custom UI component using Vlocity Template to be used in manual task OmniScript. o Built custom apex class for synchronous calls to external system. This class then can leveraged to be reused to extend any OOTB callout-task functionality provided by Vlocity. o Built Customized Order Cancellation Flow. Write SDS with Developers, Manage the quality of the code being developed and conduct code reviews with the developers in the team. Sign off Test Plan/Test Cases. Supporting QA during release testing, supporting DevOps team with production issues. Attend release management meeting for RFC review. Support business primes during launch and BRT phase.
