With over 9 years of experience in the snacks industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the food industry and its challenges and opportunities. My core competencies include designing and executing innovative strategies for new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as research and development, marketing, and production, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality, conducting feasibility studies and evaluating new technologies or processes to enhance the company's capabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, managing relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders involved in technical aspects of the business, and overseeing validation activities for production. I also have a strong passion for developing and mentoring talent, and have successfully recruited and inspired several individuals who have gone on to achieve success in their careers.
