About Sascha Brosius

Technical Project Manager with a broad foundation in engineering and business, shaped by hands-on experience across multiple industries. I began my career with an apprenticeship as an Avionics Technician at Cologne Bonn airport, followed by practical work in aircraft electronics—including during my military service. I earned my Diploma in Electrical Engineering (FH) with a focus on communications engineering from the TFH Georg Agricola in 2010. My diploma thesis was conducted in control engineering at Sasol Solvents in Moers, where I applied theoretical knowledge to real-world industrial processes. During my studies, I worked at Kostal in the automotive sector, gaining valuable industry experience, and also served as a mathematics tutor at the university, strengthening both my technical and interpersonal skills. In 2015, I completed a Master of Science in Technical Business Administration, combining engineering expertise with strategic business insight. Since 2010, I’ve been with Wilo, first as a Development Engineer and now as a Senior Technical Project Manager, leading international development projects with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable success.
