About Sascha Caasmann

I am an experienced team manager and project manager for software implementation with more than 20 years of professional experience. Since July 2025 I am Solution Delivery Team Manager at Makersite, an innovative company providing software solutions for product development and sustainability. There I lead several teams of technical experts who are responsible for the successful implementation and customization of our software for our customers. Prior to Makersite, I spent four years as Global Software Project Manager at Atlas Copco, a leading supplier of industrial technology and equipment, where I coordinated and implemented several international software projects for different business units. I have strong skills in team management, communication, problem solving and customer satisfaction. My mission is to deliver innovative and sustainable software solutions that meet the needs and requirements of our customers and support them in optimizing their products and processes. I value working with a diverse and dedicated team that is constantly taking on new challenges and evolving.
