For more than 10 years I have accompanied companies in Automotive, Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Telco in their digital transformation of Marketing and Commerce structures from Strategy, Process and System perspectives. My main focus area since the last years is Data Driven Marketing for the Automotive and Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industries to build closed loop marketing machines with the areas of Marketing Planning, Marketing Execution and Marketing Analytics & Insights. This includes topics like Marketing Planning Platforms, Paid- Earned- Owned (PEO) planning optimization and dashboards, Programmatic Advertising, Data Management Platforms (DMPs - using Attributes for better Targeting), Marketing Taxonomy, Agile Marketing, Implementation of unique Campaign-Ids, Marketing Performance Measurement, Management dashboards, Marketing Insights and Analytics as well as the corresponding the implementation of the supporting software platforms (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Studio,Salesforce Audience Studio / DMP / Krux, Salesforce Datorama, Turn, Tableau, PowerBi, Sprinkler, Hive9, SAP Hybris, Intershop, HP ALM, Smartsheet, Google Analytics / 360 etc.). Mainly for Automotive, FMCG and Telco. In the DMP and Analytics projects we increased conversion rates up to factor 10 and reduced cost per action by factor 3. During my career I worked on several Headquarter projects for major European companies such as BMW, Polestar, Daimler, Red Bull, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, etc. In my private life, I have a wonderful fiancee and love surfing, cooking and photography.
