Hey everyone, My name is Sascha, born on May 23rd, 1998. I gained my first professional experience as an EMT-I at the German Red Cross. Over several years, I gained a lot of experience both full-time and voluntarily, attended various trainings and gained valuable insights. Due to a serious motorcycle accident, I unfortunately had to leave this profession behind. During the Covid pandemic, I started my training as an industrial business management assistant, which I successfully completed. Today, I work as a production scheduling assistant at Anlagenbau Günther GmbH and continue my education in controlling – a field I’ve developed a strong interest in. On one hand, diagnostics in medicine rely on vital signs like SpO₂, pulse, blood pressure, or electrical diagrams such as ECG and EEG – they reflect the condition of a natural person. On the other hand, business relies on key indicators like ROI, EBT, contribution margins, coverage ratios, or trend charts – they reflect the condition of a legal entity. These and other analogies are truly remarkable- Hallo zusammen, Ich bin Sascha und am 23.05.1998 geboren. Meine erste Berufserfahrung habe ich als Rettungssanitäter beim Deutschen Roten Kreuz gesammelt. Sowohl haupt- als auch ehrenamtlich konnte ich über viele Jahre hinweg wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln, mich fortbilden und neue Eindrücke gewinnen. Aufgrund eines schweren Motorradunfall musste ich diesen Beruf leider aufgeben. Während der Covid-Pandemie begann ich aber meine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann, die ich erfolgreich abschloss. Heute arbeite ich als Produktionsplanungsassistent bei der Anlagenbau Günther GmbH und bilde mich nebenberuflich im Bereich Controlling weiter – ein Feld, für das ich ein großes Interesse entwickelt habe. Einerseits basiert die Diagnostik in der Medizin auf Vitalparametern wie SpO₂, Puls, Blutdruck oder elektrischen wie EKG und EEG – sie zeigen den Zustand einer natürlichen Person. Andererseits sind es in der Wirtschaft die Kennzahlen wie ROI, EBT, Deckungsbeiträge, Deckungsgrade oder Verlaufsgrafiken – sie zeigen den Zustand einer juristischen Person. Diese und weitere Analogien sind schon bemerkenswert.
