About Sasha Bailey

I bring a plethora of experience within project management, event coordination and commissioning knowledge that have nurtured the development of sound communication skills, computer literacy, time management and working well within a team. I have experience in contract management which have involved ensuring contractual deliverables are met on time. In addition, I have also developed skills within event management that involved dealing with multiple vendors, sub-contractors, staff and volunteers on-site to deliver festivals. My most recent role has seen myself develop skills within quality improvement and data interpretation which provided myself with the opportunity to present reports I have developed to key decision makers to support recommendation options for future planning. I have developed effective interpersonal skills that support myself and the wider work place in developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with one of my greatest achievements have been working solo within a rural and remote area to improve communication and responses to mental health presentations across multiple organisations
