Tenacious, outgoing, deadline driven individual looking for growth and opportunity! My team mates in the industrial contracting world fondly called me the cleanup committee and I proudly stand behind that. From the time my feet hit the ground running in 2018 in this industry as an administrative assistant my job encompassed a variety of roles, but all work only one goal in mind: sustain and maintain current work and profitability while correcting and chasing any and all monies to boost past profitability. With great leadership, teamwork, and individual effort combined I was continuously able to adapt to my surroundings and teams needs managing and billing high revenue jobs with exceptional profitability. In instances where there was an unexpected loss in profit I would assist the department in auditing and recouping lost costs; finding many of the little details that were inhibiting our profitability and correcting them from tracking with the client, to billing and invoicing, and working with both internal and external accounts receivable and payable departments to ensure payment sometimes personally calling for payment statuses. I am looking to grow and expand my knowledge for likeminded individual’s and companies that value a determined people person with a drive and thirst for responsibility and trust.
