About Sasha Kosic

I am a third year undergraduate student in a Honors Specialization In Psychology BA who's passion for psychology and its applications to the workplace have brought me to the University of Western Ontario. In my time in the Psychology program my course load has covered a wide range of psychological theories and statistical foundations. During my time at the University of Western Ontario I have built skills in data manipulation and visualization in the coding language python using the Pandas and Seaborn libraries, and data analysis in the coding language R. I also gained skills in data cleaning and analysis using Microsoft Excel both using built in formulas and programing custom formulas using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). During my time as a summer HR assistant with the Ontario Public Service I gained experience in the job classification process, workforce planning, and analyzing and visualizing workforce data to provide insights and recommendations. These experiences allowed me to apply my theoretical foundations in psychology and statistics into the workplace.
