I have a track record of excellence in customer experience, change management, strategy, and implementation of new products and services to deliver on the company’s key strategic goals. In my life and work experiences, I have been fortunate to work with people across multiple levels in diverse organizations globally. This has deepened my understanding and appreciation for dealing with change and adapting to different cultures and environments. Today, I enjoy working with companies on their digital transformation journey as it is a game changer for businesses in our rapidly evolving world. I have over 15 years experience leading, motivating, and managing high-performing teams in the financial sector. My roles have included managing multiple retail bank operations, project management, and implementing new products and services. I have worked with an International Chamber, and in my role, worked with embassies, and multinational businesses to deliver on the objectives of the members. With an eagerness to serve, I volunteer at a micro financing charity and I find it quite rewarding to be able to help entrepreneurs and small businesses pursue their goals and dreams. I love nature photography, hiking, exploring new cultures and places while traveling near and far with family.
