I am a strategic marketing manager and avid business strategist, with sales and marketing experience at C-suite level - spanning scientific, beauty, and commercial industries. Prior to that, I have obtained strong client service skills in the international market which led to managing new business development. My marketing and key account management experience has yielded a track record of increased sales and marketing targets based in Johannesburg and Cape Town. As a director of an eCommerce store and the marketing manager of highly successful business accounts -I have managed the development and optimisation of websites on Shopify and WordPress in terms of copywriting, design direction, targeting audiences, and employing automated workflows to retarget customers. With a scientific and business mindset – I ensure that each business account is carried out with in-depth research analysis, competitor analysis, and understanding of the various process, support, and financial pains that contribute to the development of market segmentation, customer personas and the marketing strategy. I am skilled in strategic marketing management, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms (including WordPress and Shopify), SEO, and SEM optimization, paid marketing campaigns, managing the HubSpot software for all departments and Google analytics.
