Greetings! I’m Saskia. I’m passionate about driving meaningful climate action to create a livable future for all. With a background in climate target analysis, stakeholder engagement, and systems thinking, I’m committed to advancing our understanding of corporate climate efforts and governance of voluntary net-zero action. At NewClimate Institute, I focus on analyzing what it means for voluntary climate actions to be credible and impactful. What drives me- Making scientific research on climate action more accessible- Visualizing data and using systems thinking to simplify complex climate challenges- Making sense of corporate climate commitments: identifying what’s real and what’s misleading- Exploring how finance can be leveraged to tackle climate change- Empowering individuals to play a role in advancing climate action through their choices.
