In addition to the roles and responsibilities as per the designation, also leading the overall administration and quality management of the company. The following are my strengths which also make for the backbone of the company: • As a Company Secretary: Corporate ethics and statutory regulations are never compromised. • As an HR Head : It is difficult but necessary to ensure Employee satisfaction (and creating healthy team competition) as well as organisational discipline ensuring continual growth of both. • As the Legal Head : Integrity from within will enable you to hold your head high. • Corporate Communications : Since a couple of years, also moved out of comfort zone, and started to explore core expertise in Corporate communications and co-ordinations with Bureaucrats and their team members, at the Secretariat as well as in the District Administrations. • Also taken up Behavioural & Soft Skills Training as a passion with motivational and extremely interactive and engaging sessions on softskills & life-skills like Personality Development, Leadership, Time management, Emotional Intelligence etc.
