Below are my current project activities : 1. Total 2 years hands-on, multitasking and troubleshooting experience in Axway Secure Transport 5.5, Working as a 24/7 Live Production Support Engineer. Monitoring Disk,CPU and Memory Utilisation of MFT Product and servers and troubleshooting the issues. Understanding business requirements and implementing the interface as per the change management process and able to handle high priority tickets (P-1,P-2) in Service Now to avoid any escalation. Experience in file transfer protocols like : FTPs, SSH, S3 and smb AS2 and SharePoint and SFTP tool : WinSCP 6. Configuration of SSH Authentication and PGP encryption and decryption keys. Monitoring file transfers in production and take action accordingly 11. Hands-on experience and knowledge in Ansible, Putty, Control-M. Experience in troubleshooting the end-user technical issues, to be able to resolve complex business issues to avoid any critical business impact. Basic understanding of DR Drill ( Disaster Recovery ) and it's implementation plan.
