About Satadeepa Banerjee

As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer with nearly 3 years of experience, I've built and managed scalable cloud infrastructure for high-growth tech platforms. But over time, I realized something: it wasn’t just the systems that fascinated me—it was the problems they were built to solve, the users they were built for, and the impact they created. That curiosity led me down the path of Product Management. I’ve led internal initiatives like ShiftSync, where I acted as a de facto Product Owner—identifying pain points from SREs and NOC teams, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and working with engineering to ship a working MVP that improved shift accountability by 40%. I’ve collaborated cross-functionally, written internal PRDs, and tracked user adoption—not because I had to, but because I wanted to understand the end-to-end impact-> My Edge Over an MBA? I Ship. While many PM aspirants study frameworks in classrooms, I’ve applied them in live environments where uptime, metrics, and user trust are non-negotiable. I understand the constraints, the trade-offs, and how to bring tech, business, and ops together to solve problems. Today, I’m actively building PM case studies, interviewing users, and working on product challenges to sharpen my skills. I’m now looking for Associate PM / Product Analyst roles where I can merge my engineering depth with product vision, and grow into a product leader who builds meaningful, scalable solutions. Let’s build something impactful.
