At ITC, I work with a team of HR professionals to provide end-to-end HR solutions to various business units within the ITC group. I leverage my skills and knowledge in HR analytics, change management, training and development, talent intervention, and succession planning to contribute to the development and retention of talent and the alignment of HR policies and practices with the organizational goals and values.Prior to joining ITC, I was Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Srei, a leading infrastructure financing company in the country. In this role, I was responsible for supporting the regional HRBPs to go about their daily activities and I was a member of the Learning and Development Team as well. I also actively participated in preparing the "Leadership Assessment" program of the company for high-level officials.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which have allowed me to effectively build relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. I am skilled in handling sensitive employee matters with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. I have also developed strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, enabling me to address complex HR challenges and contribute to organizational growth.In addition to my technical expertise, I am highly adaptable and thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environments. I am a collaborative team player, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
