About Satchel Manning

I have been a founding member in the army's combat electronic warfare intelligence modernization concept. This concept envisions electronic warfare working synergistically with signals intelligence. As a member of this team I have had direct influence on the design and application methods of electronic warfare for the U.S Army. My experience broadly covers tactical electronic warfare and it's relationship to the larger intelligence community. I understand first hand the application of tactical electronic warfare as a force multiper and it's reflexive use as part of the kill-chain. Additionally I have extensive experience leveraging Intelligence community assets to conduct threat research and the alternative use electronic warfare support to support intelligence objectives. Finally, I have a strong working knowledge of tactical radios, uhf satcom, and various MANET waveforms.
