Hands on Experience in Troubleshooting - software, configuration or network problems in Avaya Session Border Controller (SBC). Hands on experience with IPv6 and SIP Trunk configurations with Avaya SBC. Hands on experience in install and configuring Avaya Aura® core components - System Manager (SMGR), Session Manager (SM),Communication Manager(CM),Application Enablement Services (AES), Presence Services, Media Gateway G450,and Aura Messaging servers. Hands on experience in install and configuring and Cisco CUCM and Ingate Call Servers. Hands-on Experience in Performance Testing with VoIP traffic generators IXIA Load Generator, Hammer G5, EXFO,SIPP Strong Experience in VMware virtualization Environment and VMware Vsphere features like VMotion, VM Migration, VM Snapshot etc. and various cloud platform environments like AWS, Google, Azure.
